Public Forms
Configure forms that are accessible without login using a custom public URL.
Overview
By default, forms require respondents to be logged in. Public Forms remove this requirement and generate a clean, shareable URL that anyone can access without an account. Public forms are ideal for customer surveys, event registrations, and any outward-facing data collection.
Custom Slug
When you enable the Public Form option in Form Settings → Sharing, you can set a custom URL slug (e.g. customer-feedback-2024). The form becomes accessible at /public/customer-feedback-2024. Slugs must be unique across your organization.
Access Control
Even for public forms, you can optionally:
- Set a submission limit (close the form after N responses)
- Set a date range during which the form accepts submissions
- Enable reCAPTCHA to prevent bot submissions
- Require a password before the form is shown
- Restrict to one submission per IP address
